Returns & Exchanges

At ALPHA60, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garments are not quite right, we offer returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all ALPHA60 tags still attached before placing them in secure packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
